2016-17 Registration Information

Parent Information:

Parents are able to go to JMC (parent information) and update their child's contact and emergency information.  This will need to be done by July 31st--as we will be running 2016-17 emergency forms August 1 with any updated info.  By doing so, parents should not have to make changes during registration.

The Free/Reduced form is different this year.  Parents can refer to the "How to Apply for Free Meals" information to fill out the form.  Prior to registration, a letter will be sent to parents advising them if they already qualify for free meals as determined by state direct certification.  Those families will only need to sign the "Waiver" section of the form and not fill out the entire Income Application.

The Home Language/Ethnicity Form and Communication Form are new this year and need to be signed by everyone.
