Dear Preschool Parents,

What a short week we have had! We have introduced the letter ”Ss” and worked on the number six. We talked about different types of teeth and the jobs they do. We discussed about brushing and flossing our teeth. We only had one student that has lost a tooth. Don’t forget all your child’s items they need to stay warm. Also, in the school building some days it is chilly in our room please have them in layers or an extra sweatshirt marked with their name in their bag. THANKS!

We worked on the letter-“Ss” this week. Some of the things that the kids brought to share were – a snake, sardines, sharks, and a sucker. We will finish our unit on Teeth and continue with the letter “Ss” next week. We will continue to work on the shape-rectangle and the number six.

Everyone’s Valentine box/container was WONDERFUL! Thanks to everyone who brought goodies for our Valentine’s Party. A special thanks to Leah’s Grandma- Joyce that came to help out. We had a fun time!

The newsletter is on the Seymour web site (www.seymour.k12.ia.us.). Please let me know if you do not have a computer to get access of the newsletter and we can make other arrangements.

Have a great weekend! Homework in their folder.
