  • Make-up days are scheduled for March 27 and May 1

  • Seymour National Honor Society Applications are due Tuesday, March 31st, to the office or Mrs. Banks.

  • Seniors - The Seymour Local Scholarships Application is due Tuesday, April 7th, to the office or Mrs. Banks.

  • School Play practice will start Wednesday, March 18th, from 6:00-7:30pm in the middle school gym.

  • There will be an FFA meeting Thursday during advisory.

  • All 9-12th grade students' Job Shadow packets are due on April 20th.  Job Shadow Day is April 29th

  • Make sure you sign up for your prom meal in the office. Turn in your promenade name form and pick up a prom date dance form if you are planning to bring a date that does not attend Seymour.

  • "Band students please remember to go to your band lessons, if you are not sure when your lesson is, there are schedules posted outside the band room and in the choir room. Or ask Mr. Sleeth for another copy. Lessons are worth a large portion of your grade."

  • The following students need to return: Drayden ( warm up Top) 

  •  Seniors: Miss Enright has sent out a Google Form for you to complete your Senior Spotlight for the Seymour Herald. Please fill it out as soon as possible and email her a senior photo to be printed in the paper. Thank you!

  • ACT Test on Tuesday, March 24th. 

  • Seymour FFA vendor show Saturday March 28th. 9 to 2 in the Gym. Vendor spots available: Electric $35, Non Electric $25

  • Family Reading Night March 31st at 6pm

  • PTU carnival Thursday, April 30th, 5:00-7:00pm

  • Seymour Prom is April 17th!  

  • ISASP’S April 21st- 23rd & 28th

Other News:

  • Brain bowl meetings every Monday in February.

  • Worshipping Warriors on Thursday mornings at 7:25am in Mrs. VP's room.  All students 5th-12th grade are welcome!

  • "Speech practice Wednesdays, & Thursdays.

  • Students when leaving or entering the school other than the start and end of school day, you must sign in/out on the sign out sheet. Whether you are leaving for college, running to get something from a vehicle, appointment, Senior study hall, lunch, or returning from any of those. Even if you are leaving and returning multiple times a day. Please write first and last name, times and Reason or Destination. While it may seem like a hassle this helps us keep track of our students for safety reasons. All parents and visitors should also be signing in and out.  Students be respectful of the sheet as well.

  • Fundraisers:

  • Freshman Fundraiser: 

  • Sophomore Class Fundraisers: 

    • Warrior/Warriorette wristbands for $1 each

    • World's Finest Chocolate Bars for $1 each--see any Sophomore

  • Juniors Class Fundraisers:

  • Popcans and Bottles: exchanging pop cans for money. Students and staff don’t throw those pop cans away.  Save them to help out the students. Tip: there is a place in the teacher lounge to put them.

  • The Music Dept

The music dept. is  selling bottled water and flavor packets this year.  Bottled water is $1 and packets are .50

  • Warbucks: Selling treats- When purchasing treats be mindful of the new rules of food and drinks and when and where you may have them.
